Jeannie T. Sims has been a resident of Savannah for over 28 years. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with majors in art history and landscape architecture. She is a resident of Savannah’s Historic District and her home, which she restored in 2000, was featured in Architectural Digest.

In addition to her real estate career, she is also Savannah’s premiere event planner with over 20 years experience in planning corporate and special events. She has been a licensed realtor since 2005 specializing in the sales of historic properties. She is a member of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors, the Historic Savannah Foundation, Savannah Chamber of Commerce, First City Club and is a graduate of Leadership Savannah.
